Reason for today’s visit was to look at the microwave that was making strange sounds. We were here a few years back and install new dedicated 20 amp circuit for a new microwave and install the microwave. Customer stated about two weeks ago the microwave started making strange cracking sounds when turned on. I tested out the microwave and found that something inside of it is causing it to short and sparks of light we’re shooting inside of the microwave as though there was aluminum or some sort of metal inside. I inspected the inside of the microwave and I couldn’t see anything but this is a clear sign that something is wrong with the microwave. Customer is going to purchase new microwave and she may have us return tools install it.
