I extended a in used dryer circuit that had a 10-3 wire in it. Cut out the new work box it was in then fished up the wall in the laundry room and drilled through joists to get into the garage attic. Then I supported my new 10-3 wire in the attic with staples and fished down the wall in the garage installing my wires in a 30 amp disconnect. From the disconnect I pvc pipped out and into a customer supplied car charger I made all my connections then changed the power level setting in the charger so it would not exceed 30 amps and burn up the charger I then put all the pieces of drywall I cut out back up I also moved circuits in the panel and installed a flush mount Homeline whole home surge protector Customer has a 18 month warranty on work preformed
