Customer demoed the basement and had issues with some of the power afterwards. The wire is older and damaged in many locations so I ran a 14-3 15 amp circuit from the sub panel in the basement through the joists and up into the kitchen cabinet under the sink. I capped off the red in case they ever decide to install a garbage disposal. I landed the black wire on a single pole 15 arc fault breaker. I pvc from the bottom of the cabinet up to a 1900 box where I installed a tamper resistant gfci Customer has a 1 year warranty I also ran a dedicated circuit under the electrical sub panel and installed a 1900 box and a tamper resistant gfci with res cover plate. I ran 12-2 and installed a 20 amp breaker 6 month warranty Customer had power out in downstairs living room. So I found the wire feeding them and separated that wire because it was also feeding the basement and didn’t want further demo to disrupt the power for the living room so I ran a new home run from sub panel and instal
