Bernie was the technician assigned to my service call I noticed white smoke coming out of my chimney every time the boiler fired It wasn’t smoke it was more like steam Once Bernie arrived on the scene he methodically troubleshot the system until he found the culprit He discovered that the air/fuel mixture was far to rich. He adjusted the mixture to within specs and the problem cleared up. Bernie is a knowledgeable, class A technician and I will request that he be assigned to any future tune ups, cleaning or service
