Terrible experience with Michele customer service. Called in October for burner cleaning. Was told by her I needed to be on call only. Called Dec. 7th. Was told I still was on call only and I was not due to be cleaned till End of January. I called October the year before and the only appointment I could get was January. I never had a problem with Home Energy getting an appointment. I don’t understand way it is so difficult getting a cleaning appointment. Michele finally talked to service and I was told they can come the next day. This is terrible customer service.
