technician was very courteous and professional he has serviced my system since we have been using hart home and have never had a problem, also have never had a problem when speaking to someone on the phone they have always be very polite and if they did not have an answer they always were able to get me an answer. NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH HART HOME COMFORT
