Julio arrived and got right to work. I find the operation of systems in the house to be really interesting and Julio, as well as most of your technicians, was so nice to allow me to watch and ask questions. He explained things clearly which will help me in future to identify problems and explain them well to you on the phone. He was incredibly thorough, to the point of getting on his hands and knees to check the underside of the oil tank. He worked quickly and efficiently while talking me through the whole process. Very positive experience!
