Charles was extremely efficient and very thorough in his explanations of what was going on with the leak under our kitchen sink and what needed to be done. He gave us options and once we chose an option, the work he did was efficient and the problem was fixed. We also had him do a complete plumbing inspection of the home which he was extremely knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain everything with the plumbing throughout our home. It was truly an enjoyable experience as well as a learning experience as I learned so much from watching him go through the inspection. Thank you so much for your incredible service.
