Called My Guy Plumbing based solely on 250 5 star google reviews! Absolutely lived up to every one. Now there are 251 5 star reviews. Called yesterday, here today. Phone staff was great. Texted in advance of appointment as promised Charlie was professional, efficient, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Totally transparent on the scope of the work and the cost, which was fair. Charlie was simply awesome. Also did an extra job that I did not intend to do at this time. Totally exceeded my expectations!! We have all had “not so great” experiences with plumbing companies I am sure. Not anymore. My Guy is a small shop that delivers big and does it right!!!
