Ryan, the technician, was very professional and courteous. He took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do. The repair was done very quickly and the service was completed in an hour's time. The cost of the repair was very high (in my oponion) - I was charged close to $500 to replace an exterior ball valve. Overall, very satisfied with the work, but the charge was steep.
