Charlie is quite a remarkable young man! He is very knowledgeable and cares about his customers. He had to come back because of floor issues I had, he fit us into his schedule the very next day. I can also tell how much he loves plumbing and hearing him teach his assistant , Nick, says so much about him. Explaing everything to Nick or me, the customer.
