Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to perform the following work: 1) replace a section of the home's cast iron drain stack in the crawlspace with new PVC piping and fittings for a toilet, bathroom sink, and bathtub/shower and add strapping to the floor joists for support; and 2) pull a toilet that is leaking at the base of its toilet bowl, clean and inspect its flange, replace its wax ring gasket, reset the toilet, and replace its toilet bowl caps and bolts.
