Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak in the yard - a company was digging with a backhoe and broke a polybutylene water pipe, a PVC water pipe, and PVC drainpipe. We cut out the damaged sections of all three pipes and repaired the polybutylene pipe with new PEX piping and fittings, the PVC water pipe with new PVC piping and fittings, and the PVC drainpipe with new PVC piping and fittings. We turned the water back on and tested for leaks with no further issues. We also provided a cost estimate to trench a ditch from the water meter to the home and replace the main outside water supply line with new black roll and PEX piping and fittings along with installing a new pressure reducing valve (PRV) and ball water shutoff valve at the water meter.
