Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to perform the following work: 1) use an excavator to trench a ditch from a storm drain all the way down to a creek basin at the edge of the property; 2) install a new 6-inch PVC drain line in the trench along with tracer wire, connecting onto the storm drain at the building; and 3) after the new drain is installed, test for leaks and proper drainage and backfill the trench.
