Pride Plumbing came out and installed a new A.O. Smith T-H3J-OS-N natural gas tankless water heater. This included: 1) installing the new tankless unit along with Jomar service valves, PEX and stainless steel water lines to the unit's water connections, black iron gas supply piping and fittings, gas regulator, and condensation and intake lines; 2) cutting, capping, and rerouting the home’s hot and cold water supply lines over to the location of the new water heater; 3) installing a new gas line over to the unit’s location along with a drip leg and gas shutoff valve; 4) wiring up the unit; 5) ensuring that it was properly vented; and 6) lighting and programming the unit.
