Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to perform the following work: 1) in the kitchen, install a kitchen sink, drain assembly, and faucet, dishwasher, and a refrigerator ice maker; 2) in the master bathroom, install a lavatory, drain assembly, and faucet, toilet, and tile shower (including the shower valve, valve handle(s), and showerhead); 3) in a second bathroom, install a lavatory, drain assembly, and faucet, toilet, and bathtub/shower (including the shower valve, valve handle(s), and showerhead); 4) in a powder bathroom, install a lavatory, drain assembly, and faucet, and toilet; 5) in the laundry room, install a ProPlus plastic washer box and the water and drain connections for a washing machine; 6) install a water heater in the garage; 7) install two outside hose bib spigots; and 8) make all the water and drain connections for each fixture to the main water and drain lines underneath the home.
