Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to perform the following work: 1) remove and dispose of a 50-gallon tank water heater along with its water lines; 2) install a Tempra 24 tankless electrical water heater in the back of a garage and tie its water lines back into the main water system; 3) in the main bathroom, move all plumbing inside an open wall 4-inches back into a closet area for a washer box and sink; 4) also in the main bathroom, install a bathtub/shower, single-handle Delta shower valve, and Watco drain system; and 5) install customer-supplied fixtures for a walk-in shower, bathtub/shower, two toilets, two bathroom sink vanities, and a kitchen sink.
