Pride Plumbing came out and performed the following work: 1) removed all the cast iron drain and sewer piping from the bathtub/shower, bathroom sink, and toilet - leaving a galvanized vent pipe; 2) pulled a toilet and replaced its flange and wax ring gasket; then reset the toilet and replaced its closet bolts and caps and braided stainless steel water supply line; 3) installed a new Watco drain system on the bathtub/shower and replaced the drain lines going to the main drain stack; 4) installed a Charlotte seal on an outgoing drain line; and 5) tested all repairs for leaks and proper functionality.
