Pride Plumbing came out and replaced a leaking 40-gallon Rheem PROG40-36P RH62 gas water heater with a new 40-gallon Rheem PROG40-36P-RH62 gas model with an atmospheric vent. This included removing and disposing of the old water heater along with its electrical wiring, venting, and gas and water supply lines; and installing the new water heater, new ball water shut-off valves, new PEX and stainless steel water supply lines and copper gas supply lines to the water heater connectors, a temperature and pressure (T&P) relief valve, a brass drain valve, atmospheric vent and ensuring the unit was properly vented, and lighting the pilot and adjusting its flame.
