Pride Plumbing came out and 1) installed a new submersible well pump assembly (this included installing the pump, black roll piping, torque arrester, wiring, pressure tank, tank tee, well seal, 30/50 pressure switch and gauge, and charging the well tank); 2) trenched a ditch for a new black roll and PEX main water supply line from the well to the home (this included installing the pipe, fittings, and tracer wire, connecting the new water line to the well and a water line connection underneath the home, and installing a main water shut-off valve underneath the home); and 3) trenched a second ditch from the house to the septic tank; installed tracer wire and a new 4-inch PVC sewer drain line (connecting it to the main drain line underneath the home) along with proper cleanouts and fittings per code; sealed the septic tank penetration, and backfilled and tamped both ditches and spread grass seed and straw after the work had been completed.
