Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to perform the following work: 1) in the kitchen, install a kitchen sink, drain assembly, and faucet, dishwasher, and a refrigerator ice maker; 2) in the master bathroom, install a double lavatory, drain assemblies, and faucets, toilet, soaker tub and faucet, and tile shower (including the shower valve, valve handle(s), showerhead, and downspout diverter); 3) in a second bathroom, install a lavatory, drain assembly, and faucet, toilet, and bathtub/shower; 4) in a powder room, install a toilet and a pedestal sink and faucet; 5) in the laundry room, install a ProPlus plastic washer box and the water and drain connections for a washing machine; 6) install a water heater; 7) install four outside hose bib spigots; 8) on a rear porch, install a bar sink; 9) in a bonus room, install a lavatory, drain assembly, and faucet, toilet, and bathtub/shower and shower valve; and 10) make all the water and drain connections for each fixture.
