Job Checkin

Pride Plumbing was called out for three different issues. First, none of the lavatory faucets had any pressure. After doing a thorough inspection, we found that the aerators were all clogged. So, we pulled each one (5), cleaned them, and removed their restrictor screens. Next, an American Standard toilet in the men’s shop bathroom had a water fill valve that would run constantly and not turn off. We replaced it with a new Fluidmaster PRO45B model and added a 3-inch plug to a nearby cleanout. Finally, the floor drain in the shop bay floor needed a grid cover. We tried three different sizes and none of them worked. That's when we discovered that there was a piece of metal bent into the drain to prevent a cover from going on it. The drain wasn’t working, so we advised the customer to just seal it off.
