Pride Plumbing came out and performed the following work: 1) installed a new Kohler pressure-assisted toilet along with new wax seal, bolts, and supply line and two new American Standard wall-hung lavatories with Delta faucets and trap wraps; 2) installed a new Murdock bi-level water cooler with a bottle filler; 3) at a pet wash station, installed a JR Smith floor cleanout, hub drain with trap seal, two Zurn floor sinks, a pet wash sink, an ADA pet wash sink, a Navien LP gas tankless water heater (along with an isolation valve kit and a concentric vent kit), and a Liberty sewage pump; 4) reinstalled a breakroom sink; 5) installed a new gas line along with a ball valve, drip leg, and gas regulator; 6) removed a section of concrete and installed underground plumbing and a lift station; and 7) jet-washed the building's main drain line in the bathroom and pet wash station and used a sewer camera to determine its condition.
