Pride Plumbing came out and performed the following work: 1) replaced a Lamosa toilet with a new Gerber Viper model (this included draining and pulling the old toilet, inspecting and cleaning the flange, replacing the toilet bowl, toilet tank, tank to bowl gasket and bolts, seat, wax ring gasket, toilet bowl bolts, toilet bowl bolt washers, toilet bowl bolt caps, and above-floor stainless steel braided water supply line); and 2) replaced a centerset kitchen sink faucet with a pulldown sprayer with a new Delta centerset model with a pulldown sprayer (this included removing the old faucet, mounting the new faucet, and replacing the hot and cold above-floor water supply lines underneath the sink with new braided stainless-steel ones). Once installed, we tested both fixtures for leaks and proper operation with no issues.
