Pride Plumbing was called out for sewage backing up into the home. After going underneath the home and cutting into the outside main sewer septic drain line, we inserted a water pressure device and cleared a blockage. We inserted a camera into the drain line, and it did not reveal any further issues. We then used a Fernco coupling and reconnected the two cut sections of drainpipe. The customer also had a loose toilet. We pulled the toilet, cleaned and inspected its flange, replaced its wax ring gasket, reset the toilet, replaced its toilet bowl caps and bolts, and tested for leaks and proper operation.
