Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to perform the following work: 1) run new PEX water supply and PVC drain lines for a new soaker tub, walk-in shower, double-sink bathroom sink vanity, and a toilet; 2) install a rough-in shower valve and shower head; 3) install a new toilet flange and toilet; 4) set a soaker tub and water pedestal in place; 4) install the bathroom sink faucets and connect their stainless-steel water supply lines from the water supply stops to the faucets; 5) install a shower drain cover, trim kit, and shower head with attached shower arm/wand; and 6) test for leaks, proper drainage, and function of each new fixture.
