Pride Plumbing was called out for sewage backing up into the home - whenever the washing machine would drain, it would come up into the bathtub. The customer had rerouted some of the home's drain piping onto a grey drain line and it had been happening ever since. Our inspection found that there were several problematic areas due to incorrect fittings, as well as the absence of a vent. We provided a cost estimate to install a Santee and replace 20 feet of drain line - tying into a California vent.
