Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to perform the following work: 1) remove the sheetrock on the interior wall behind the location where a new gas lantern fixture will be hung; 2) crawl underneath the home back over to the front exterior wall where the new gas fixture will be hung; 3) make all the gas line connections underneath the house and then run the gas line from underneath the house and up the wall to the new fixture's location; 4) install a test rig to perform a pressure test and call for an inspection; 5) after the inspection passes, remove the test rig and install the wall sconce; and 6) test the fixture for leaks and proper operation.
