Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to replace a gas regulator. This would require us to 1) turn the gas off to the building and remove the malfunctioning gas regulator from the building's roof; 2) install a new gas regulator of the same likeness; 3) after the new regulator is installed, turn the gas back on and test for leaks; and 4) go inside the restaurant and test any associated equipment for proper operation.
