Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak behind a toilet. Our inspection found that the leak was coming from the toilet’s tank's tank-to-bowl gasket. The customer opted for a full rebuild. We turned the water off to the toilet; drained and removed the tank; replaced the gasket, bolts, and rubber washers; reset the tank; and tightened the bolts. Then we replaced the toilet tank's handle, water fill valve; Douglas valve flush assembly; and its above-floor braided stainless steel water supply line. Finally, we turned the water back on and tested for leaks and proper operation with no issues. We also replaced a leaking two-handle kitchen sink faucet with sprayer with a new customer-supplied Moen Caldwell model with sprayer. This included removing the old faucet, mounting the new faucet, attaching the sprayer and replacing its hot and cold above-floor water supply lines underneath the sink with new braided stainless-steel ones.
