Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to perform the following work: 1) assemble and install gas logs in a fireplace; 2) place a 100lb propane tank and drill through the outside brick wall for a copper supply line; 3) underneath the home, connect the copper supply line up through the floor to the fireplace logs; 4) secure the copper gas supply line to the floor joists and place labels on the copper gas line per code; 5) seal where the copper gas line goes through the brick outside wall; 6) install a gas regulator on the copper supply line before the tank connection; and 7) turn the gas on and test for leaks and proper functionality.
