Pride Plumbing came out and replaced a malfunctioning 50-gallon electric Rheem lowboy water heater with a new 50-gallon electric Bradford White RE250LN6-1NCWW lowboy model. This included removing and disposing of the old water heater; installing water heater pads, the new water heater, ball water shut-off valves, PEX and stainless steel water supply lines to the water heater connectors, a brass drain valve, bleeding the air out of the water lines, ensuring that the unit’s temperature and pressure (T&P) relief valve was properly vented, wiring the water heater's electrical connections (adding a Romex connector), and setting the unit to its appropriate operating temperature. We also provided a cost estimate to pull and replace a well's submersible pump along with its 30/50 pump switch and pressure gauge and charge the well tank.
