Arrived to clients home for unit not cooling. I proceeded inside and found the water safety switch to be engaged. I explained to our client what and why a water shutoff is important and proceeded to test the system. The client had some water dripping through the return vent down to the first floor. I tested the Freon pressure while only the upstairs unit was calling. And discussed with our client the importance of offsetting the thermostat temperatures 3/4°. She understood and will set set them differently and monitor the unit. I proceeded to install the jones valve and used Total C to ensure the drain line was free and clear of debris. The system is cooling properly on departure.
