Second opinion diagnostics on 12 year old 410A upflow system. Found that outdoor and indoor coils are extremely dirty and need a deep clean to stop the icing of the coils. There is a small leak in evaporator coil where the thermal expansion valve meets coil (brazed). Electrical components on the condenser did test within the manufacturer specifications. We did find the that the break in the indoor unit was bypassed and had rust issues from moisture. Filter was completely wet and falling apart. We did replace the filter. Provided estimates for repairs and a new system. Unit was off upon departure.
