I found the primary drain clogged and the system without a filter. I told the tenet that they need to get a filter ASAP. 20x25x4. This system was not installed the best. I cleared the drain line and vacuumed out the pan. The system needs major cleaning and I provided options to address the issue. Customer only wanted me to clear the drain.
