Arrived at our client home for a 2 system cooling maintenance inspection. Our client showed me the attic access and we visually inspected the air filters and found the downstairs filter to be dirty. Our client did not have filters for replacement today. I then went outside and tested all the electrical components for both outdoor units. Everything passed inspection today and tested within range except for the upstairs unit. The compressor motor had extremely high start amps for the compressor. I showed this to our client and we briefly discussed adding a Hardstart kit to this unit to keep the compressor in a normal healthy range. I then proceeded into the attic. I inspected and tested the blower motors run and start amps, cleaned the drain line and tested the temperature drop for both units. On the upstairs unit I was only getting a 13° drop and went back outside to double check my Freon pressures. I did confirm the unit to be low on refrigerant. I presented my finding to Mrs Rojas a
