Upon arrival, I found the outdoor unit not operating. I opened the panel outside to find the contactor not pulled in and verified power. I isolated the pressure switches and found that the low pressure switch was not passing power through it. I confirmed that the high pressure switch was passing power. I hooked up my gauges and the system has more than enough pressure for it not to be tripped. I went and spoke with the home owner about options to address the issue. Customer chose to move forward with replacement of a brazed pressure switch and opted out of bypassing it to get it cooling. Customer signed up for monthly membership and service fee was waved. I collected 24 dollars for membership and 1000.00 deposit on repair. Scheduled for 6/25/25 2-3pm arrival time.
