Returned to home because our client a found a piece of his exterior drain line on the ground. I took off the metal protective cover for the line set and was able to see the exit point of the drain line from the home. The line is actually all flexible clear tubing. The metal cover is without a cap. Upon identifying the flexible tubing I believe the tubing flexes and causes the restriction in the line periodically. This would explain the periodic dripping our client sees within his home. Because the last time I was here I poured a significant amount of water without any issues. I used duct tape to provide a temporary solution. I lifted the flexible drain tubing to create more of a looping bend and secured it to the electrical conduit. This is only secured with duct tape and I cautioned Mr Williams that this may fail especially with the heat and with the metal cover not having a top Allowing for the ambient elements to get to the duct tape.
