Homeowner has complaints of water damage due to a blocked secondary discharge that has been covered by a pest control man at the soffit. Inside diagnostics: Found dirty 20x20x1 filter/upstairs. The entire indoor equipment it’s not hung properly and is unlevel due to damage to where it is hung from framing/for roof support. The framing where the equipment is hung, has detached itself from the roofing framing causing system to be improperly level and the condensation is not draining out of the primary drain discharge port. Water finds in the path of least resistance and a leaking out of the back left corner of the evaporator coil housing then onto the auxiliary/emergency drain pan that is supposed to reroute outside but secondary discharge port to soffit is blocked with a piece of metal.
