- Upon arrival found compressor not functioning due to compressor wire that supposed to connect to capacitor was not properly connected. - properly wired the existing capacitor and compressor started to function again. - Checked all electrical components, amp draw, & wiring/sheathing. - Refrigerant charge is at/within manufacturer’s operating specifications. - System operating with dirty 20 x 20 x 1” air filter in the ceiling. - Homeowner said that he would replace filter himself. System functioning & cooling again upon departure. System requires maintenance/condenser coil cleaning. Homeowner was unable to make the $79 service charge fee payment today.
