Chemical flush on copper lines to remove non-condensibles. Install new evaporator coil Install new bi-flow liquid line drier(outside) Confirm system is tight and sealed on all welds. Pressurize system with nitrogen 300 pounds to verify no leaks. Wait for 30 minutes to see the system holds up on pressure for 30 minutes 300 pounds. Completion of leak check. Put a vacuum on the system to remove any moisture in air. Evacuate system under 500 µm. Completion of evacuating a system. Recharge system with refrigerant back to manufacture specifications System start up and diagnostics. Run system for 20 minutes before Commissioning the system. System is cooling with 20° drop. Our client is aware it needs to run for several hours before meeting thermostat set-point. System is cooling properly on departure.
