Arrived for a 2 zone single system maintenance. The tenant Amy had replaced the filter recently and did not need it changed today. I did find a significant rust spot in the attic drain pan and will send an estimate to addres it before it gets compromised and rusts through. Outside I tested the electrical components of the condensation unit. I did find the contactor to have low readings. When I attempted to turn the 7nit on the contactor was not sending the correct power to turn on the outdoor fan motor. I sent a video to Mr. Sami and after discussing his options he elected to replace the contactor under warranty. Once replaced I was able to fully test the Freon pressures and temperature drop in the attic unit. I did also flush the primary drain line and used TotalC product to help prevent clogging. The unit is cooling properly on departure.
