Upon arrival, I found the thermostat was off. I checked to see if the system has a float switch and it does not. I tested power at the thermostat to see if I was getting voltage, and I confirmed that I was not. I proceeded back to the airhandler and checked power across the breaker. I determined that the 60amp breaker was failing to pass power. I offered the customer our membership program, a breaker replacement, and a 45/5 capacitor. The customer approved the membership and breaker replacement. I bypassed the 60amp breaker to get them some cooling. Once we have the breaker in hand, we will reach out to schedule.
