Arrived on site, homeowner stated his electrician told him the system does have proper power and my diagnosis was wrong. After thoroughly checking everything over, system still DOES NOT have the proper power, and there is an electrical problem causing the unit not to turn on. Wired the unit into disconnect from other unit to show him that it’s an electrical problem. Unit turned right on. Switched everything back, unit is not operational upon departure. Collected diagnostic fee.
