Arrived on site to initially perform furnace diagnostic all those system is working upon arrival and was just a thermostat user error. Performed for maintenance on a efficiency furnace. Temperature rise is 41° and in range. Condensation lines are clear and draining out properly at this time. Indoor blower motor is operating properly and shows no signs of oil leakage. Air mixing cabinet and scroll wheel is covered heavily in Dust and debris. At this time system is heating properly and shows no signs of issues.
