Arrived on site to perform furnace maintenance on Lennox heater. Client states that they never use the heat and only use cooling. Performed full maintenance and safety inspection on unit. Filter is good and Client will order new one for next visit. Flame sensor was cleaned and igniter is in range. Inducer motor and indoor blower show no signs of oil leakage and are within amperage range. Drain lines were clear. Zoning controls are operational and opening and closing on command. Combustion venting is connected properly. System is not equipped with surge protection. Temperature rising is in range. Discussed full maintenance with client and he is aware of current condition. He has no questions at this time and will order filter upon departure unit is operational and heating.
