Installation of a new 2-1/2 Ton Amana AC unit with indoor coil on an existing Oil Furnace. Set new unit on left rear side of home with a Condenser Pad and Outdoor Disconnect Box. Drilled hole and ran Lineset, thermostat wiring, and High Viltage wiring to interior. Cut supply duct work and mounted new coil on Oil Furnace. Adapted all ductwork to furnace and sealed. Installed EZ Trap and Condensation Pump for AC system. Wired safety interlocks on pump and EZ trap in series to break the “R†Circuit of the Control Board. Ran a new Thermostat wire from the Furnace to the Thermostat in the Hallway. Installed a Honeywell T4 Thermostat And programmed for the system. Brazed Lineset into units and pressure tested with nitrogen. Evacuated system to below 500 Microns and released refrigerant charge. Wired High Voltage Inside the Breaker panel to the supply Breaker. Sealed wall penetration with Foam sealant and silicone. Put system in operation and measured Refrigerant charge. Measured Supply
