Reviewed commercial building to determine best solution to heat and cool teh space. The space is a market with high ceilings and a lot of volume. Recording measurements for building to perform preliminary load calculations on the building. Reviewed ductless installations. 2 of the 3 units are not working correctly, the one in the back of the building has frozen lines and the one in center has an error on the screen. The Fujitsu system is the only one working correctly. Recommend having all ductless units serviced and to record information on systems to determine capacity of all systems. Original design was a steam oil boiler in the basement for heat with ducted split system (approximately 10 tons) with unit on the roof and air handler in the basement. Will follow up with load calculations and plan for replacement.
