Service call that the thermostat was blank and the system was not cooling. Upon arrival found the Condensation Pump running but was not pumping out. Cleaned Condensation Pump, Vinyl Tubing, and EZ Trap. Put system back in operation. Filled pump multiple times to ensure it was pumping properly. Vinyl Tubing appears to be in poor condition where it discharges into the Drain behind the Washer area. Vinyl Tubing appears to run up into the attic space and back down into the drain. Would recommend replacement of the Condensation Pump and Vinyl Tubing to avoid any further issues. While testing system found refrigerant charge to be slightly off. Adjusted refrigerant charge, charging by Subcooling. We will schedule a follow up visit to recheck the refrigerant charge. If charge is low again, this would indicate that there is another leak(s) in the system. System is running to standards at this time.
