Brennan G Today I visited for the 5.0ton System not cooling. I found the system low on refrigerant again , indicating for certain there is a leak somewhere in the system. I preformed a leak search and discovered that the evaporator coil is leaking. The coil will need to be replaced in order for the leak to be repaired. I provided Travis a quote to replace the coil and also quotes to replace the system. He is going to send them to the owner of the building for further review. I added charge to the system as a courtesy for temporary cooling. The evaporator coil for this system is on back order and the eta is unknown, I do not recommend continuing to repair this equipment as I did during my last visit. I included a repair credit of $1293.50 in both of the replacement estimates along with a 20% non finance discount.
